Induction Of The Flat Expanded Metal Mesh:
Flattened Expanded Metal is Standard Expanded Metal that has been cold flattened, leaving a smooth, flat surface with openings. This versatile product is well suited for machine guarding, security or equipment enclosures, and other applications.
Flat expanded metal sheet first comes from pressing after being die cut and expanded , then take the smooth treatment. It is usually 5% lighter than standard type and available for carbon steel, galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel etc.
The openings could be diamond, hexagonal, or others.

How do I measure a flattened mesh? The key measurements for a flattened mesh are Longway Aperture (LWA), Shortway Aperture (SWA), Strand Width (SWDT) and Strand Thickness (STK). LWA is measured horizontally from internal aperture point to point. SWA is measured vertically from internal aperture point to point.
