As we know, the perforated sheet has wide application: both industrial and decoration. Such as filter, exterior curtain wall, ceiling system and so on. Today I want to show you is the decoration use.
To ensure the high quality, we make new mold which is totally in accordance with customer’s requirement.
1. The producing process of the hexagonal perforated sheet is as following:
(1) confriming the detailed specification with customers: hole size, hole pitch, margin
(2) making drawing for the sheet, and send it to customer checking
(3) customizing the mold according to the confirmed specification
(4) ordering the material
(5) perforating the panel
(6) cutting the panel into required size
(7) leveling the panel
(8) making surface treatment: pvdf or powder coating
(9) checking the size, specification, color, film thickness
(10) packing and delivery
