For the perforated sheet, recently we finished an order exported to Europe. These perforated sheets will be welded on the machine surface, and cover the machine and play a protective role.
We customize the specification according to customer’s requirement and comply with the standard DIN 24041 strictly.
First, the specification of these sheet is as following:
Material: Galvanized sheet; T 1mm; U 4.5mm; P 10.38mm; Standard: DIN 24041
Second, the producing process:
(1) Ordering the material;
(2) Confirming the drawing with customer
(3) Cutting the panel into suitable size
(3) Customizing the mold of turret punch press
(4) Puching one sheet for testing and adjusting the machine, controling the tolerance
(5) Puching the bulk sheet
(6) Splicing seperated panels and welding them together into required size
(7) Anti-rust treatment of solder joints
(8) Inspection for the specification such as the U, P, size and so on
(9) Packing and delivery.
** Each sheet will be inspected by our QC before leaving the warehouse, we will guarantte the quality 100%.
