Antiskid safety grating is punched and sheared through CNC machine, then bent and formed according to different uses. Antiskid safety grating materials are divided into iron plate(iron plate can be hot-dip galvanized for rust prevention treatment), stainless steel plate, aluminum plate. And there are many different patterns that are used for safety grating. Our main safety gratings are grip strut safety grating, traction tread safety grating, perf-O grip safety grating.
Grip Strut Safety Grating
Grip strut safety grating, also called diamond grip safety grating, perhaps is the most common pattern. Grip strut are manufactured as one-piece constructed channels with walking surfaces consisting of serrated edges on top of diamond shaped openings. The serrated surface is designed in an open diamond pattern. This allows drainage of fluids, mud, chips and other accident-causing debris. They can be cut or bending to any size and are ideal for wet or dry conditions where good slip resistance and traction are needed,adapt to different ground and anti-skid requirement.
Traction Tread Safety Grating
Traction tread safety grating is a one-piece plank metal grating that is manufactured into the shape of a channel by a cold forming process. Traction tread safety grating features a surface that has hundreds of perforated embossed traction buttons that provide slip resistance in all directions. Traction tread safety grating can be used for floor grating, planks, ladder rungs and stair treads.
Perf-O Safety Grating
Perf-O safety grating is a one-piece metal plank grating manufactured from a single sheet with formed side channels. Perf-O safety grating features large debossed holes and perforated buttons that offer superior slip protection in all directions. The perforated buttons provide a walking surface that is slip resistant in all directions. In addition to Perf-O Grip plank grating, the benefits of the Perf-O Grip surface are also available on walkway channels and stair treads.
